Zugspitze’s groomed slopes break down to about 35% blue, and 65% red offering long glacier runs and front-side cruisers with spectacular Bavarian and Austrian views:
- Aspen Run (Red-Intermediate): A broad, well groomed red on the glacier, featuring consistent pitch and wide carve lanes.
- Sonnenkar (Red-Intermediate): Steep, fall‑line red cutting across the north face, ideal for confident S‑turns.
- Weißes Tal (Blue-Intermediate): A rolling blue valley run with gentle cambers and excellent snow retention.
- Oberes Weißes Tal (Blue-Intermediate): The upper section of Weißes Tal, offering crisper snow and smoother grooming.
- Weißes Tal Süd (Red-Intermediate): Southern branch of Weißes Tal, with a firmer gradient and panoramic outlook.
- Zufahrt Sonnalpin (Blue-Intermediate): A calm blue connector from the Sonnalpin station back toward the main hub.
